About me
Crafting Digital Experiences Since 2001
I have been passionate about web design since 1999, starting out as a graphic designer and later diving into back-end and front-end development in 2008. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working on more than 275 projects for more than 180 client, both as an employee and a contractor, gaining a wealth of experience along the way.
I work closely with my clients to create meaningful solutions — whether it’s building a strong brand identity, designing eye-catching marketing materials, or developing WordPress-based websites that not only look great but also perform seamlessly.
I believe every successful project starts with understanding your vision and maintaining open, honest communication throughout the process. My goal is to think beyond the surface, considering every detail to ensure the final result truly captures your goals and tells your story.

Extending a banking app with utility payments
I designed a new utility-bill payment flow for a mobile banking app that makes it easier for users to search for their providers, and use auto-payments, and receive monthly bills as payment requests directly in the app.
To make the experience smoother, I added support for multiple addresses, introduced bill scanning to reduce the effort of entering long customer numbers. The result is a more streamlined and scalable feature that feels like a natural part of the banking app.

IDEO U Human-Centered Systems Thinking
I completed IDEO U’s Human‑Centered Service Design course in 2025, where I learned to design end‑to‑end service experiences by mapping customer journeys and prototyping service interactions. Over five weeks, I practiced creating journey maps, building and testing service prototypes, and translating them into a clear service blueprint that aligns front‑stage and back‑stage operations.
The project demonstrates how service design research can transform a complex construction ecosystem into a structured digital experience. By mapping relationships, flows, and stakeholder dynamics, the research led to the development of a project management tool tailored to the real needs of pool construction projects.

Mobile and Desktop UI for a utility payment app and service
I designed two main mobile screens for a service app and later reworked them into one cohesive desktop experience. This meant thinking carefully about the main user flows on mobile and making sure both screens fit naturally into a larger desktop layout without sacrificing clarity or ease of use.
I also focused on organising the information clearly and adapting mobile components, so they felt right in a desktop setting. The result is a smooth cross-platform experience that keeps the visual style and interaction patterns consistent across both mobile and desktop.

Modefy – MOME ID 19 presentation
During the MOME Open ID Digital Product Designer course (2023), my team and I created Modefy, a smart wardrobe app that helps users organize their clothes, plan outfits, and develop their personal style using the items they already own.
The user can build your digital closet by adding clothes from photos, keywords, or thousands of brands and retailers. Even quick snapshots of your outfits or garments are transformed into clean, studio quality images.
